da333 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and da333 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the da333 website, browser interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services provided by da333. By accessing or using da333 in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

da333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with an effective date. Continued use of da333 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

1. Eligibility

To register and use da333, you must meet all of the following requirements at registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. da333 does not permit anyone under 21 to register, deposit, or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
• You must register and use the Platform in your own name and on your own behalf. Use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any restriction that would affect your ability to use da333.
• You must not have had a previous da333 account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms or any other misconduct.

da333 may at any time request documentation to verify eligibility. Failure to provide adequate documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. da333 is not liable for losses caused by delayed access during a verification process.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must complete registration in full and accurately before using any feature of the Platform. By completing registration, you represent that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one active account. Operating more than one account, under your real name or any alias, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide a valid mobile number you own and control. This number is used for verification, two-factor authentication, and support communications.
• You must choose a strong password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols. You must never share your password with any other person.
• You consent to da333 verifying the information provided at registration or at any point during your use, including when processing a withdrawal. Verification may include identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation.

Account Security Obligations

• You are wholly responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. da333 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact da333 support immediately at [email protected]. da333 may temporarily suspend your account while investigating.
• da333 will never ask for your full password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on da333 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). da333 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or any currency other than BDT. Deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated by da333 at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. da333 will not process deposits from payment methods owned by third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the cashier. da333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposited funds not used in any betting or gaming activity for twelve consecutive months may be treated as dormant under da333's dormant account policy. da333 will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number before applying dormant account charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. da333 does not permit withdrawals to accounts or wallets owned by third parties under any circumstances.
• da333 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification may include a national identity document, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days from approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method's own processing times and is outside da333's control once payment has been dispatched.
• da333 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where a verification process is pending.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

da333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, plus any specific terms stated at the time of the individual offer:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.
• da333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where da333 reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting a promotion contrary to its intended purpose.
• No User may claim a new player welcome bonus more than once, whether under their own account or any other account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus balances may not be transferred between accounts.
• da333 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to offer a bonus or promotional incentive to any User or group of Users without being required to provide a reason.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting

All bets placed on da333 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. da333 does not accept cancellation requests for placed and confirmed bets, except where a clear technical error has occurred on da333's part.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction affecting a game or bet outcome, da333 reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return stakes to the affected accounts.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that bet. Subsequent changes to odds on the same market do not affect bets already confirmed.
• da333 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, score manipulation, insider information, or any other form of corruption affecting the event outcome.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, game manipulation, or data harvesting.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Users to artificially influence game outcomes or circumvent the Platform's odds structures.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any financial transaction that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, bonus application, or dispute resolution.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including accounts in the names of family members, to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage on the Platform.

da333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held, and referral to law enforcement where da333 determines this is appropriate.

7. Responsible Gaming

da333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all account holders directly from account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off period: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off of between one day and six weeks during which login and betting are disabled. The period begins immediately and cannot be reversed once active.
• Self-exclusion: Players wishing to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from da333 may request self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected and da333 will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, da333 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if da333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

da333's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the ninety days immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

da333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a User's rights or obligations, da333 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Users via their registered mobile number or a prominent notice on the Platform. Revised Terms are always published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of da333 after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance by contacting support at [email protected].

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the Platform, or need assistance with your account, please contact da333 support. da333 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, da333 will keep you informed of progress.
